The Hijabi Stylist wasn’t just an ambition, rather it was a dream, a passion, a desire, an urge to help fulfil the needs of each individual struggling Hijaber.

As I grew, I always had a passion to style my hijab very uniquely. My dress code always had to be out of the ordinary and my style … Let's just say it was always original. I had always received many compliments when I attended occasions. Family and friends continuously praised my outfits and constantly asked me where it's from. They found it difficult to believe when I tell them I created this ‘look’ myself. And these looks, these looks weren't from Instagram, Pinterest or any other internet source, they were always fresh looks created from the top of my mind.

The daydreaming lasted till 2018, when I finally decided to give this dream a name -  Hijabi Stylist NZ, being very small; selling modern modest clothing from home to modest minded women and girls from. 

 

The same year there was a pause in the business, actually it felt more like the end of this venture. I sensed incapability after giving birth to my fourth child and situations seemed very complicated. But The Almighty had his own plans. And so, on August 2020 I officially re-launched the Modest Fashion line renaming it to The Hijabi Stylist Ltd and on October 2020 – 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal, (the famous opinion for the birth date of The Prophet Muhammad PBUH) the business was established. 

 

Our aim was (and still is) to combine Islamic concept and today’s vast western trends to create hassle-free everyday outfits, occasion wear, work wear for women who found it difficult to put together trendy looks in a sleek, stylish, modern and modest way. 

The Hijabi Stylist Limited is New Zealand's first international hijab styling, outfit planning online retailer and trend setter for modest fashion for Muslims in New Zealand and around the globe. The Hijabi Stylist is not only focused on Muslimah's but all modest minded individual.
