Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your The Hijabi Stylist product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
PEACE OF MIND
Wrong size? Colour not too right? No worries! THS have a 3 day peace of mind exchange policy. Provided the items are not worn and still has its original tags and packaging. Please see below for returning an item.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully and refer to sizing chart where applicable as we do not give refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Only for products and gift cards, not applicable on services .
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
The Hijabi Stylist is committed to providing you with quality products. All items are photographed internally and externally prior to being dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please Contact Us and one of our team members will be ready to assist you by taking through your available options provided you have done so within 10 days of receiving your item.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Items must remain in its original condition along with original tags and proof of purchase. To return an item for a refund please Contact Us and request a Product Return Form. You will need to complete this form and make sure you specify the damage or faulty of the item. Please do not include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all damaged, faulty and incorrect items returns, delivery charges will be at The Hijabi Stylist expense. The Hijabi Stylist takes no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
